Born in 1998 in Nova Scotia to Quebec parents, Maxime Caouette grew up in a family passionate about maple syrup. It was therefore natural for him to dig through the archives and discover the evolution of his passion. He graduated from the Centre de formation Agricole de Saint-Anselme in maple syrup production (2019). He’s also recipient of the King Charles III’s Coronation Medal for the French version of this book, published in 2023.
